I can't believe it's already Thursday, this week's going so quickly!
The work thing in Manchester went well. Our restaurant was given a fair amount of recognition, as was I (I got 95% in a mystery diner the other week). There are a few changes being brought in but i won't bore you with work shit. I'm getting a new black uniform (much better than the green one i have to wear at the moment) to diffrenciate myself from other staff members and I'm actually going to see the pay rise in my wages very soon. I should imagine I'll see it in there after I've been away on the 2 day course coming up soon. I'm quite looking forward to the course actually. I get to go away for 2 days, training by day (supervisor and Instore Trainer stuff) and then hang out with the other IST's by night. I got on quite well with the other guys from the other restaurants so it should be fun. And it's cool that this is a brand new thing within the company to employ Instore Trainers cos at least we're all in the same boat and no-one is more experienced than the other. Anyways, blah blah blah, work work work dull dull dull.
The meeting with an old friend the other day went well too. Was good to catch up and chat and stuff. We've both recently had very simular problems in our last relationship so it was certainly nice to see a different if not quite simular perspective to it... ya know, from a male point of view. But yeah, we didn't dwell on our pasts for long and ended up having a really good time. Should be seeing him again on Sunday and whether permitting will go for a drive to get out of this shitty town. My ex boyfriend is getting all up the ass about me seeing this guy cos he's adament that we're dating but it's purely platonic. Ya know, it's just nice to be in the company of someone who isn't one of my mates. I love my mates to pieces and i certainly wouldn't be without them but it's nice to spend time with someone who you don't know everything about already, ya know, new conversations etc instead of just the usual chit chat and gossiping you get with your mates.
Hmm, don't think I really have much else to say really. I do wish I had got a picture of me all suited up yesterday, I looked hot as hell It's a shame I don't get to look smart more often.
Anyways, ciao ciao people. Pictures soon. I promise to be more active with my camera again.
Take care!

Well lucky for you, you can learn from my mistakes. My troubles and tribulations should keep you safe from similar disasters since you are keeping up on my blog.
