So I am on day 3 of my 1300 calories a day diet.
So far it really hasn't been that bad although I am craving a hamburger and fries right about now.
BUT
I will not cave.
I am going to give myself ONE cheat day a week which will probably be on Sunday.
I have already lost 3 pounds in 3 days!
Super excited about that.
only 20 more to go and I should be feeling awesome.
I have no desire to be super skinny, it really just isn't me.
I mean not that I am huge by any means I just want to be a size or 2 smaller and I will feel great
Hopefully it comes off fast.
I for sure want to be a size smaller by spring break when I got to Arizona for a visit
OH and my teacher was sick today for my Med Lab and lecture so that meant no class today but found out AFTER I was already there. Actually nobody knew until they were already there, she sent out no emails or anything.
So I just went to my work study early then came home and watched a bunch of House <3
My idea of a wonderful afternoon
