So I have finally made the assumption that if you live in Santa Fe, and you love drinking beer you will eventually take a liking to Indian Pale Ale. I remember two years ago when I frist moved here it was on tap every where. Every bar, and micro brewery had its own Indian Pale Ale (which will now be refered to as IPA).
So it took almost two years for me to fall into this cirlce of IPA admirerers. Put i have finally found myself deep with inb the pit of bittter tasting beer loving fools. I actually found myself longing for another pink as soon as I was done with the one before.
So every one I suggest to all of you that you think outside the box and try something new and stick to it. You never know how it will creep up on you.
WORD IS BOND!!!
A recent review of Second Street Brewery's IPA
Nice, hoppy flowery flow from the start right through to the lasting, bitter fade. ABV: 6.0%, ABW: 4.8%, OG: 1.062
