Well, I gotta say, Ive never had a year like it. And although its been more ups than downs, the downs have been total car wrecks. I'll toast this year as its passing, but lets just hope next year is a little quieter... I doubt it though. So I finally have broadband for a while anyway. At my parents just now, which is just swell. Just feel very transiant at the moment.


Left Brighton on Thursday, was staying until Sunday, but some fucker broke into my car and stole all my little charms and stuff. Pissed me off so much just drove here pretty much without saying goodbye. That makes me sad. My Girl flew to Sydney a fortnight ago and just walking about that place reminded me of her. Still, Im following her out there in a week and a half.. seems like an eternity right now....

Still onwards and upwards... Wish I could stop living a life less ordinary, for a while. Im not talking 2.4 children, a dog and a picket fence. Just a nice slow life for a while. Some day......

Feeling pretty reflective today. Looking back on my year to date. Travelling the \Uk. Ending up in Brighton, carving a new life for myself. Breaking shoulder in BMX incident, chance conversation with good SG friend on Facebook ends up with me booking Canadian Trip, meet old friend in Seattle, get back to Brighton to meet a girl I could spend an eternity with, and I feel like I already have. Who knows what the future will hold or how its going to go with my lady, but nothing ventured nothing gained. One thing I do know, Im not taking anything for granted or acting in anyway smug. Life has taught me so many valuable leasons this year. I feel I have life by the balls right now, but that corner is going to come sometime....

Still, I ain't there yet. There is still border control to get through, and anybody who knows my track history there, this one is going to be fun!
