Today i took a day for enjoy the morning at the park walking my dog and after that i went at the grocery store as a usual adult do hahaha aaand i noticed it was a bunch of corn and low price thwn i decided to do a special dish at make me remind my country.

Pastel de choclo/corn cake 🌽 It's a delicious paste from mashed corn, you can feel the caramelized onions into the paste and sometimes find a surprise maybe a bite from chicken or a whole leg.. my corn cake it's not done but for sure I'll share with all you the results from my hard work.
