Hey everyone! How's it going? Today I think on share with all you my breakfast recipe from today.
Coconut and yogurt pancakes.
-2 tsp from coconut flour
-3/4 cup yogurt
-1 egg
-stevia (or sugar)
Mix everything till get a creamy dough not too liquid neither too solid. Next step is melt a little bit from butter at the pan and when this it be ready drop tears from the dough over the pan, cover it and wait?
I add bananas and grapefruit, it was delicious!
And after work out of course I like to do a peek a boo for you hehehe.
My work out from today:
Squats 190lbs
Hip trust 40 lbs
Lateral kicks 20 lbs
Back kick 37lbs
Short session from abs and 20 minutes from cardio.
