I find myself really down on myself lately. It seems to happen when I have days off of work because I feel like I'm not doing enough.
During my work week I'm always super busy and I work a lot of 16 hour shifts so I always feel useful. Then, when it's time to take some me time, because that's the healthy thing to do, I find myself feeling useless.
Deep down I know that it's okay to just hang out and get my mind right. But I cant seem to get out of my own head.
Does anyone else have that problem?
