it's still hot. i wandered around rainbow until i came up with the thought that maybe i gotta antioxidize my trash out of my system. yah my voice checked out this week. gone by monday afternoon. a whispery rasp by tuesday morning. a squeek by wednesday and now back to raspy wackness... third friggin' time this year and this is definitely the worst. it makes it hard to yell at people at work... people just don't take you seriously on a construction site when you squeek at their face. i end up having to say things three and four times to get my point across.
on the other hand it has made for some good thinking and more working with less gabbing. i get to just point, nod and shake the dome to get it across. the quiet work is a good thing. a trip and a rhythm. a nice journey for the day.
so back to rainbow. i'm thinking green tea. too many kinds to choose from, then i need a t pot maybe a new mug/bucket... so i selecta t pot by the brand of my french press, the same qty as well. get home, turn on the water, take out the pot stick it in the sink and then the friggin' basket for the insides is shards. i am so not a homemaker shopper. i never check for that shit. oh well. back tomorrow... i hope they are chill.
