fucking, fucking fuck. construction on my street, abba musical at the theater, it is hot downtown and the day was beautiful until i got home. i vacuumed all the glass out of my truck from the smashed window on thursday night, chilled in the park, played guitar, took a couple of naps and everything was good.
ok i did get up with no voice, popping cold meds, which puts me a little over the edge of not patient or calm. 30 minutes circling the block, nothing, 45 minutes, nothing except on the street sweeping side. there was parking where my window got smashed which cost $300. parking right in front of my building opens up i get setup, sorta in gridlock and get snuffed by an old hag.
oh i hated on her like a disease. evil, hag.
another 45 mintues circling and then a spot opens up but the theater put cones up for their security to park in. dude tries to tell me it is reserved, ain't nothing reserved in the ghetto of the tenderloin unless the fucking cops hook it up with their official signs. which they do for days on end when the 18 wheelers roll up with stage junk. 7am-12am. as far as i am concerned no sign no reservation. i got parking after 2 hrs of waiting on a hot day in traffic.
i am done spewing and venting. it is over and i won't get another ticket for streetsweeping.
