I've not updated for ages. That's coz i'm a little dis-enchanted with SG at the moment.

I'm on some anti-gout drugs but not sure they're doing anything to help, whereas the cortico-steroid injections sure are!!!

So i'm not doing too bad. My band are totally Cowboy-metal now. A good direction.

Anything really exciting (and i mean really exciting) happening to anyone?
