Felt pretty much crippled for the last 2 weeks.
Ironically the paralympics is on right now, so I'm reminded how much worse things could be.

Had IMS pretty consistently for a long time, but haven;t found a good place since I moved out west.
Have a good "Non cracking" chiropractor but its not the same. Ims is like acupuncture, but the needle goes into your muscle instead of nerves, and then a current is sent through the muscle. Then the needles knead the muscle apart from the inside. Feels awesome, well better than constant pain.

Felt like someone poking me in the back all the time.
Now its like someone holding a rock... poking me in the back. All the time.

Things are good. Could be worse.
Motorbike is 10000000 x faster than last year, even after dropping it christmas day.
Oil change = new blood for the bike.

Cats are cute, hands are covered in paint. Which means keyboard is covered in paint again.
Floor is covered in tiny green pawprints. Also cute.

Taking pictures more. Not as nice as this one yet, but soon....
