ugh...I fell bad. I ratted this guy out at work and now hes getting fired!! I feel really bad cuz hes a good worker and i kinda just walked in to confessing that he was stealing company time. Like he was not coming or calling in and the next day filling out a time adjustment taht he was there for 8 hours and saying he forgot to clock in. So i mean thats fucked up but now i'm going to be left with another person gone from my department. fuck.

I'm really big on being a good working and pulling your own weight. Honestly I'm a really horrible team player because I'm kinda a perfectionist. I don't allow myself to suck that things I need to be THE or one of the best people doing the job.
Plus someone once told me that you have a three month probation period for a reason. If someone causes you problems within that time it's better that you let them go because they will only continue that behavior and most likely get worse when they are comfy in the job.
