Probably my last entry for a while... The game plan as it stands today is as follows: Tomorrow a buddy of mine and I are taking a BN train down to Chicago and spend a couple days hanging out there. From there we plan on hooking up with another buddy who lives in Chi-town and catching back west along the BN highline. In around two...

Cool, thanx for the comment Veronica. Made me happy. The new girl rocks! Anyone that thinks about math before, during, and after sex is a friend of mine. I just have to wonder if she was being truthful or if she is just saying that to make fun of geeks like me. Tell me the truth Al... Hmmm... I bought myself a self-help book about...

Well, you probably wanted to hear from SG's but I will put in my piece..
When I was about 20 (hard to believe that was four years ago!) I discovered the magical writing of Kerouac. After reading pretty much everything he wrote (and reading plenty of Ginsberg and Burroughs and everything) I took off "on the road" myself.
Did a lot of driving and hitching around these here states and had some good times..
One of the most mentionable was when I ran out of gas just outside of Threeforks Montana. Kerouac fans might remember that he enjoyed a night of debauchery in that very same little big sky country outpost. Anyway, I had a wild time. Was half drunk walking down the highway back to town and got picked up by a cop! Fortunately he turned out to be alright (one of only about two cool cops I have run into in my life out of the dozens I have had the misfortune to encounter) He gave me a ride to town but being pretty well broke I didn't know what the hell I was supposed to do. I was on my way to stay with some people I knew in Bozeman so I called them to ask if they could help me out, but of course, they weren't there. Anyway, to make a long story short, I spent half the night wondering around Threeforks watching people (this is like a one gas station town so I was only watching about 5 people and everything but one bar and the one gas station was closed and after about midnight those closed too) So I left a couple messages on my friends' answering machine and hitched a ride back to my van with a wild local dude who insisted I give him some "California green weed" but I didn't have any and felt kinda bad I didn't because he was weird but real cool and when we got back to the van he wouldn't leave because he was so interested in why I was travelling and he wanted to leave Montana, he wound up telling me his life story in exchange for mine but I just wanted to sleep it off.. Was real weird.. I crashed out in the van half drunk still after having had several more drinks at the one joint in town that was serving drinks. Thankfully my friends found me by the road ( I had told them I was stationed about 5 miles east of Threeforks and Bozeman is only like 40 miles away if I recall correctly) So they got me some gas and I stayed at there place until I could get some money from home and continue my trip..
Wilder things happened on my travels but this night really stands out in my memory because of where I was, afterall JK had been there himself some 60+ years before and I don't think this town had changed one iota since he was there...
Nowadays (I don't really like that word) I am more into travelling to other countries than having Kerouacesque excursions in the states. Although he did have a hell of a time in Mexico, but Mexico is ruined now, it's all about Nicaragua and other destinataions farther south..

Well, I made it official today: I dropped out of school.
Again.
Aw poop, what am I gonna' do with my life? Now I gotta find myself a real job again. Yuck. Oh well, at least I am going to have more free time (I hope) and maybe a little extra money to boot. There are so many things I wanna' buy... I'm the total...

dammit, you read my mind, and all of my big problems lately. that's why i'm such a moody bitch lately i bet. too much crap to think about in this day and age. i just hope you don't have student loans to pay off until you're 40 years old like some kids i know....
Hmmm... A good barometer for how I'm feeling right now would be to look at my music selection: Texas is the Reason, Mineral, Boy Sets Fire, Sunny Day Real Estate, Katatonia, Counting Crows, etc... Yep, I'm in a slump. Shittty. Hmmm... Actually another way that you might be able to tell is the fact that the ye' ol' computer study is currently littered with beer...

Well I'm past my pissy mood. That's good. I'm doing alright in physics although I should be studying more... That all changes come monday, 'cause I am adding another class to my schedule... Calc 2. Fun. There goes all free time. Oh, and I blew my bank account. It's really a mysterious thing: I have found that the amount of money that I have in...

Grrr.... I feel like bitching... But I'll keep this short. I ran into this cute boy that I have a crush on (re: see below under current crushes). He had just gotten back into town from Syracuse where his boyfriend lives. I was walking down the street and happened to walk right past him. He didn't even look at me...

If any of ya'll in SG land happen to be fans of power metal, ya' really gotta' check out Sonata Arctica. Their album, Silence, is superb! Hmm... Another boring Saturday night. I spent most of today pretending that I was going to study... well that didn't happen.
Hmmm.... I've been meaning to start keeping a journal anyway... The new site mostly rocks. I have a couple reservations, but then again, I know nothing of html, so who am I to judge? Either way, I'm sure most of them will come out in the wash after the first few days... I do like the new profiles.

Pretty please list something in the title to distinguish it from all the spam a la "Increase your ejaculation size by 570%!"... btw, that was a real email.
