4th day no smoking and not doing too bad... also haven't came yet! Its been hard, very hard, but haven't came.... this is going to be a very good thing!

3rd day no smoking, no masterbation and no sex. I feel good. Still in a process of transition physically and mentally and a bit horny.

2nd day no smoking.
Also I'm going for 40 days of no inebriation of any sort. that means alcohol too. Hopefully something good will come out of it because right now it just sucks. Oh yea and 40 days of no masterbation and sex.

So the foundation is solid. The rocks I've gathered are starting to add up. I won't create walls like many people, just big pillars with windows.
