I can not just sit around, and do nothing. I have not had a solid workout in months. And with my wrist still fucked up, I have done nothing as off lately in the way of maintaining my body.
Since I am still unable to work out. I guess it's time to start back with dedicated running . I'll perform what push-up and pull ups I can with my wrist in the condition it is in. I just want to feel better about myself.
