so some asshole got ahold of my card information and spent like $1300 before anything posted to my account! 
luckily i have fraud protection and had my money credited back to my account.
but now i have no card and i am leaving to Madrid in 6 days. Meaning Expedited shipping to my house in VA then expedited shipping to my aunts in Madrid! wtf just an unnecessary hassle!
of course their is more to the story but i'll save that for later.
