Well it is the beginning of December, Xmas and New years are around the corner. I hope everyone has an enjoyable holiday season. Anyone have anything cool planned?
So lastnight i have decided to make a proper blog but didn't finish until this afternoon. i'm even going to throw in some random pics and music ha.
Not sure where i should start been kind of a lot going on for me. an knowing myself i will probably loose the motivation and focus before i even get started. so i think i'll stick to the bigger stuff.
Recently just signed a lease for an Apartment. I haven't had my own place in quite a while, since i lived in Maryland actually. i'll have a roommate but its my brother from another mother Kyle. So it should be chill living situation.
The rough part is that both of us are not even in the country, and my Bro barely has internet, if at all which has made the process not so easy. Add in other variables like Kyle's command wanting proof of utilities (when i don't even move in until mid Jan), then just having him jump through hoops dealing with paper work. But in the end it seems like it going to work out. As of now i am just waiting on my bro to sign the lease. Then the rest of the fun starts ha.
It seems that in the last Month or so a lot has been going on. This year for Xmas and New Years i will be in Madrid, that was finalized last week. Needless to say i am rather stoked on that! Also last week my paper work to get out of the Navy was approved, just about 11 months out. This is a whole other monster in itself, because as happy as i am to be leaving the service, it is going to take a lot of thought, preparation, and big decisions to make the transition. i'll talk on this some other time.
So among all the shit i will have to take care of when i get back to VA I am going to need to cut loose and have a lil fun. After i drop some money into to my car and the apartment i have a four day snowboarding trip to Snowshoe Ski resort in Feb. I just need to buy all the gear because i plan to do more snowboarding in the years to come. In March i will be attending a Flyers / Caps NHL game like six rows from the ice. Soon after that i should be getting my kitten! ha
My sister and her husband are moving to Dallas this month to finish up some schooling.. What a coincidence!! just the other day i came across this amazing artist named Liz Cook. As my goal is to travel and get inked by amazing Artist, i went ahead and contacted her to book an appointment for April! She seemed rather nice and i am stoked for the piece. Of course i will be getting fresh ink as soon as i get back to VA! So the rest of the free space of my body is going to had ego be carefully planned out. I was really hoping to get some work done by Robert Hernandez while i am in Madrid. Unfortunately i have been unable to get in touch with him i am going to try again this week and i pray i can get something worked out and that i will be able to afford it. Otherwise i am just going to stop by his shop buy some of his art work and try to set something up for down the road.
The desire for the amount of art i would like on my body has made me start thinking recently of looking for a second job, so that i am able to afford to get the art as well as travel involved.
All in all my life seems to be going pretty well right now even with all the uncertainty of the future. I am thankful for what i have and the opportunities that i have been given.
if you managed to read all of this i applaud you and will leave you my music mash up for today and some random pics.
now some random pics

i will post more random pics later.

Glad to hear that things seem to be going well,
and not only am I jealous of the trip to snowshoe but,
the Flyers/Caps tilt should be great.
I'd love to go to an NHL game someday. I've seen a lot of minor league and collegiate hockey games, but never the big league.
