Right, it has been asked how the hell (and why the hell) did I leave sunny Orlando Florida for the cold and rainy central Scotland. Well it all started about 5 years ago when by chance I starting talking with a guy online, he was from Scotland. And it just progressed from there, we got married a year later and I moved over. I really enjoy living over here. I much prefer Scotland any day to what I have known in the US (concrete and constant construction Orlando mainly). Less population, less pollution, better roads, better food (more indian, yummy), cold weather, and last, but certainly not least, football. Obviously I didn't move over here for those things, they were big bonuses though. I am going to try and see if I can get dual citizenship, just in case anything happens (gods forbid) or if we (or I) want to move elsewhere within the EU. I usually like to keep my options open, but moving back to the US is not one of them. Take me to Amsterdam any day! Van Gogh, dutch football, tulips, cafes everywhere....a bit of heaven. I have never been...yet
And that's pretty much it, here I am. Still looking for a job but not minding it so much at the moment as I am finding more and more to get involved with online, especially here at SG.

I moved here when i was six. I didn't have much choice in the matter. I love it here though and don't think I could live in Scotland full time again. I am going back home in June for a big family gathering. I haven't been home in over twenty years. I am looking forward to it.

I've never been to Scotland, but I've always wanted to see it. Feel free to visit my journal anytime!
