Ran another 5 miles today...I am so glad to be back into my running everyday. It feels wonderful and clears my mind like nothing else can. I need that right now. Chris has been gone for a month now and Malana is begining to have a tough time. She misses her Daddy so much. She told me tonight that she is glad that I am not ever going to deploy.
