I really want to go to Germany to see someone I haven't seen in years.
The last time I saw him was around 8 in the morning, January 2nd, 2002, from my seat on a bus out of Amsterdam.
We lost touch with each other at the end of that summer.
Last month he lit down on my shoulder to murmur in my ear again. I was beside myself, ecstatic, but instant messaging is so frustrating. Time differences are frustrating. Long distance calling is frustrating.
Our lives run completely different courses but it's as if we hadn't ever lost touch. We still have this blammo connection that makes me feel like I'm peeing a butterfly.
I met him in 1998 when he was young(15 or 16?) and I was too (but older), he had come over to visit cousins and his cousin happened to be my close friend at the time. Instant friends, and one day lovers. One day. One day. One day.
I don't really have much of a point except for the fact that I'm filled with wanderlust, unattached, curious, unfinished, and loving the fact that I'm wanted by this darling man from another time zone.
