Today is the perfect day for Pho Tofu. It's chilly, rainy, and wonderful. 
The only trouble is...how do I get myself up off the couch, into the shower, and back on the road to get it? I need to go grocery shopping like whoa...lately all of my $$$ has been going to booze. GO me!
