well let's see. i wasted my friday night watching (or...attempting to watch) the watchmen. pretty much worst movie ever, i got up and walked away halfway through it to do laundry and dishes cause that sounded more appealing.
today was a coworker's housewarming party which was pretty fun. her entire family flew in from all over the place to be there and it was nice to meet them all. we saw a dog wandering around when we got there, then a half hour later saw it wandering some more. i went out to see if it was a nice doggie (which it was...soo sweet) and to see if it had a tag or something. no tag, just a new purple harness. but the poor girl was skin and bones. and smelled *terrible* and her front wrist looked like it had been broken, twisted, then healed up cause she wasn't limping on it but it was facing 90 degrees to the right and just looked awful. so we brought food and water out and it gobbled it up and drank almost a whole bottle of water. mind you, it's super hot inland here....im surprised the poor thing was alive. so i called the north county shelter and this awesome guy came and picked her up. when he did, he was like "oh my, i can feel every bone." she's probably scared right now, but im going to bed hoping she's been looked at, fed, rehydrated, etc.
so far it's been pretty boring this weekend. not that i mind, but id rather be at comic con hanging out with cam :p lol

Also, let me just say that I just saw G.I. Joe, and it is hands down worse than Watchmen. Believe it.
