today was a lazy day. i slept in, rolled out of bed, played with the cats, watched tv, then went and had pho for the first time. ive avoided it for years because i thought id hate it cause i hate brothy soups. but this was SO GOOD!!!! i got the vegetarian pho, and holy crimeny, it was so so flavorful and delicious! big chunks of tofu and bean sprouts and fresh basil in a hot vegetable broth with hints of cinnamon. YUM. heavenly.
im still thinking about it....haha
i sat at home waiting for something to happen because im lazy. and i got a knock on the door, a dozen red roses and chocolates that kyle had ordered which was so sweet.
theyre sitting on my desk looking pretty.
then kyle got home, i made dinner and later popped some popcorn over the stove for the first time. coconut oil + butter = DIVINE.
then i applied for 15 more jobs online. and that brings me to now. i should be in bed cause i have training tomorrow for volunteering at the animal shelter. cat socializer
but im not tired. no wonder, all ive done is be lazy and eat.

Happy Valentine's day back to you! I will have to try making popcorn over the stove one day. I love popcorn! I bet it must be neat working in an animal shelter. I adopted a kitten back in June. Actually, her first birthday is next month.
