After a stressful few weeks we arrived at the cabin, and just took in the beauty of it all!
First things first - taking the canoe out to go fishing
I swear I was rowing too!
I had some visitors on my pole (that's what he said)
Then it was back home to eat some big meat (that is what she said)
anti_duff made me a super long marshmellow roasting pole:
So I could make really tasty smores....yum.....
We also went into the water quite a few times, which always feels so good!
There was rock skipping
And me! don't mind the not washed hair, or the boobs basically falling out of my top, due to the many hurricanes we had that day:
And while there, we encountered a couple little critters, spoilered due to a slitherin in case folks are scared of them.

Found near one of anti_duff's dad's woodpiles, which was promptly moved. We counted four different ones come out of the nest

We played horseshoes, and this was one of a_d's throws, how annoying! However, it let me take the lead for a short bit
So that was a little insight to our vaca. anti_duff has more pics, but I know he has been so busy he hasn't had time to blog them. His pics are way more interesting. Since I had borrowed my mom's camera, and therefore all pics are PG
The concert for charity but put together and held by very large bikers. I'm 6'4 and these guys dwarfed me, so the pit was dangerous, but still fun.
