So weirdness, I am in pretty much no pain. I am taking my pain meds - hydromorphone. That just sounds fun doesn't it . No wine however, I am on watch.

I think this is going to be a very easy surgery, and I am really thankful for that!
Plus I have my pup on loan. Meaning the neighbor's dog. She basiclaly lives here most of the time and was allowed inside to lay with me for the first day after the surgery. Having fluffy cuddles definitely helped!

I hope everyone did whatever made them happiest yesterday - whether that was eating your favorite dish, seeing someone you care about or just sleeping in an extra hour more than you normally can.

We all need to give ourselves a little extra love around this time. It is about giving and generousity to others, but also celebrating yourself and giving your self a little extra too!

What was the best gift everyone got?

For me this year it was a professional bull riding snow globe. I love it! I wonder if I get my buddy to follow through with our plans to go learn how to ride the bulls. After the foot is fixed obviously. We were supposed to go in Sept. Maybe I can still talk him into it!

Sad I will be missing the PBR at MSG this year, but mom will be in FL and I will have crutches. Hope the boys have some great 8 seconds anyways!
