This is gonna be a mixed bag, 'cause that's what I am!
Lifes been good! Nice running weather. I know it won't last, that makes me sad.
This is what I look like typing on SG. Sweaty, with a bit of nip showing. I keeps it raw baby!
I talked to an old, but good friend of mine. She is my life partner. We used to work with each other, for 6 years in fact. I went one way, she went the other. We said we would keep in touch but didn't. The sad thing is that she's only 20 minutes from me. She's still in retail so her schedule is hard to keep up with, but we are making plans to have dinner one night. That makes me happy. We've seen each other go through alot.
I'm hanging out with another old friend next weekend. This is some girl I used to know. If you don't know what i'm talking about, it's been in old entries. I have bitter sweet memories of her. We shall see how this goes. Too complex for details.
Does anybody miss Afterbirth ? I do!
My family came over for the 4th. It was so hot and humid here so we stayed inside. This is my Pops playing my bass. I was trying to convince him about a note in Journey's Don't Stop Believin'. It's a touchy subject!
My nephew, Cheeba. He is obsessed with taking pictures and having his picture taken. He thought this would make a great photo! I love that kid! Loo and I have him convinced that when he was born, he was a baby monkey named Mr.Chips. It's taken a few months, but we think he's totally convinced. I asked him the other day if he missed his monkey mommie, he said yeah but liked his boy mom better. Then he said, "Hey Jo, (I'm Jo), after I was Mr. Chips but before I evolved in to a human, I was an eagle"! That blew me. EVOLVED! What kid say's that? I couldn't help but wonder what Darwin would say to that.
Enough about nothing.
Have a great weekend.
