Hey everyone! YYYYYAAAAAAAY I'm on the front page!
So my my first set, Punk Rock Pin-Up just went live on SG yesterday at around 3am. I must say I wasn't sure what to expect.
Let me give you a little background, an idea of the "behind the scenes":
I shot this set with the wonderful Gary of Metro Glamour Studios in New Jersey while I was on a long vacation. I had never even LOOKED at the Suicide Girls website, so I had no idea what to shoot. I had always wanted to do a pin-up set, but I've had a mohawk for several years, so I knew this was going to be a very unconventional set. Now because I didn't read the guidelines, I didn't know what was expected to get a set bought for SG. So I feel like my set was a little different than what SG was looking for.
However!
Now that I've read allllllll the tutorials and gotten advice from several Pink Ladies and other folks, I feel like my next set will be even better! I do like the uniqueness of my first set, and some folks have even said it harkens back to the original SG shoots, which is very flattering to me.
metroglamour (Gary) is one of THE BEST photographers I have ever shot with. I can't wait to go back and do another set really soon!
Look forward to more work from me, and I want to thank EVERYONE for the support and kind comments on my set - you have no idea how much I appreciate it. As a thanks to all the folks who have been supporting me.. my roommate was kind enough to snap a quick photo of me... NEKKID. And EYE CONTACT! lookin right at you.
I just got back from go-go dancing at an industrial show in San Antonio, so I'm still wearin my ripped up tights. Enjoy!
