thanks for the tips! i am new to this whole house thing. my bf and i are buying it together, so he's looking into the loan stuff. i won't have alot for a downpayment (prob @ $2000) but hopefully it will be enough! plus, we have a few months to check out alot of options since we can't get rid of the lease on our apt till march.
