Ugh - I just can't get into school mode 
Not good, considering I've got two midterms in a week, and a 20+ pg paper due in about 3 weeks that I haven't even thought about yet.
In other news, I'm thinking of buying a house again. I found one that I'm really in love with. Although I'm not getting my raise for about another 4 months. After that time, I would have NO problems affording this. But, realistically if I were to go for it, I wouldn't even close for probably 1.5-2. I don't have a lot of hand money and would definitely need seller's assistance for closing costs and such. I would definitely struggle through the holiday season, financially....but is it worth it in the end? I have such a hard time going back to that place. The place where I had to worry about how I was going to buy food and gas, etc. Not that it would be that extreme, in this case...but still.
What would you do?
Go for it now and struggle for a few months, or take a chance that the house will still be on the market in 4 months?
