I am now a proud pole studio owner!



As some of you might already know the pole studio where I was teaching and training burned this summer. After not having trained for a few months me and a friend of mine at the studio decided to open our own studio since the owner of the other one wasn't doing anything about the other place. We got 2 other girls from the old place and the 4 of us got together and found a place and got the studio up in just a little less then a month!



When we got this place it was really crappy and just a plain empty dirty warehouse kinda place and it was a lot of hard work to do so we spent every free minute working on the place like crazy and opened the studio on october 3rd.



The place is now looking pretty good and the poles are 3,5m tall which is awesome and I am planning to post pictures of the place soon!



I am so happy and excited about this!

We went to the most awesome pole photoshoot ever for the studio. They are so much different from the pole photoshoots we had done before and we are so happy with the result. Here are my pictures from the shoot.

I have been crazy busy at school and it is hard to believe that the semester is almost over! I really enjoy it but opening the new studio has gotten in the way a bit. I am doing good but I wish I had more time and didn't need to stress as much and finish all my assignments last minute.

I have some really fun classes. Most of my classes are photography related classes such as photoshopping, photographing and learning about light and colors and shit like that.

I am applying for photography next semester but I am not sure I will get accepted as I just started photographing and learned how the camera works in september and haven't really given myself much time to photograph more then just the school assignments but I have untill december to apply.

And I also have a few not so exciting classes like Icelandic, chemistry and math... Sigh...

Geisha came to visit Iceland in the end of september and we met for a nice chat and she got to come and get a little pole lesson from me. She did really great! I only wish I would have had more time to meet her as she was staying here just the last days before our studio opening.

Finally my set that I shot with Dwam in Paris is up in member review. I had gotten a bit impatient as I hadn't had a set for a while I am really happy with it and I hope you like it to!
