I haven't been very good at blogging lately but this is what I have been up to...
I went on a little roadtrip...
Bought some stuff...
Alethea Austin's dvd's, car smelly thingy and a tank top with that logo, I'm such a fan of her!
This foam roller called "the grid" that was so expensive but I have been wanting it for a while and it feels so good to roll on it with fatigued sore and stiff muscles. It's a life saver really at times and great for flexibility junkies like myself. One can never be too flexible : )
I just got this book, strength training anatomy, for school and it is so awesome, I love the drawings and I wonder if I will manage to learn all this!
I played a few games of pool and nine ball with my friend Beebee and she kicked my ass!
We never managed to find a new owner for the kitten so me and the boy decided to keep him.
The other two cats seem to be a bit jealous of him but I try to give them all as much love as I can and hopefully they will all be friends eventually.
So yeah... I am now officially a crazy cat lady with three cats!
The boy and the kitty
we have really bonded! <3
I'm still eating a lot of junk food
But I'm trying to eat healthy
Counting the days until I quit my job...
Only 3 weeks left in this boring place!
it's not all bad though
I made a new friend at work, but we sent him away later that day
I have been training a lot. Last week I started taking these group training classes at this combat gym. The classes are called Vikingathrek which could be translated to something like Viking's training. It is quite intense and different to what I am used to but I like it.
We did some tabata training with kettlebells, pushups with weighs and sledgehammering a tire! Boxing, deadlifts and stuff like that. I really want to get a lot stronger and this should help with that! I can't get enough and I want to see what I am capable of doing with my body!
Me and my friend have become interested in doubles pole fitness. That means that we use each other to do the tricks or both do tricks on the same pole at the same time. We had our first real doubles practice today and it was really fun, interesting and clumsy. It feels like being a complete beginner all over again. We had lots of giggles.
Here's a clip from that practice, not very graceful but practice makes perfect!
And a little something I edited to make up for the clumsyness!
In my last blog I made a list of sets in member review that I really really think deserve more love and frontpage. Go check them out!
My set Strengir shot by Dwam is also still in member review.
Thanks for all the love and keep it coming! I really wish it will reach the frontpage eventually.
That's all! Take care and I hope you are having a great weekend!

When I'm home next week I'll send you the links to some awesome videos that really helped us. Are you of similar weight/strength?
