yay.. i finally finished the new Lidix CD.. woot woot... still have to do some remastering before it's ready for duplication, but at least the recording process is finished... aggh... now it's time to open the studio back up to paying customers.... i cant wait to start working with new bands... i talked with chris and kyle from ransom taxi today at muchas gracias and they had encouraging words regarding opening the studio... im stoked... i still have to put an add in the willamette weekly and portland mercury... fuck though.. i have an internal struggle with the whole idea of charging money.. but i need to grow out of it... im good at what i do.. people ask me to record them all the time... and i have to turn them away because i don't have time or whatever.... i really want to get a new camera and start doing more web design and promotional stuff.. like band art and photography.. i wonder if SG would let me freelance.... hmmmm.. something to think about.. just need to scrape together a couple G's for a new camera and lenses... sweet!
