I love DC it's gorgeous! Well parts of it are anyways. Doesn't really compare to Boulder but it's gorgeous in another way. Georgetown is really gorgeous, it has the feel of what I love about England, like old town and lovely, and the way it's laid out it very European. It's way overpriced though. Waaaay overpriced. Basically you need to have a trust fund to live there or spend all your income on rent.
