I posted some photographs of my new tattoo. I was bored of my half-sleeve, and the last time I got work done to my right arm was back during 1998 at South Street Philadelphia, so I decided to continue my ink further down past my elbow.
The work was done by Rudy Fritsch in Trieste Italy. He put a lotus flower on my elbow with some flames, and incorporated cherry blossoms, a skull and more water; Rudy did an excellent job merging the old ink with the new. I sat in the chair for over five hours, and it's sad to say --but I was pussin-out the last hour while he drilled the color into my elbow. The way my arm was positioned behind my back, and the fact that I couldn't watch while Rudy shaded the lotus made the pain more uncomfortable. Anyway, it's over, and now I patiently await for my tattoo to heal so I can get the rest of it colored in.
