Things have been great: As always, I'm loving the hell outta my job. MAINLY because last week, I had the HONOR of interviewing the legendary Godfather of all Final Fantasy music, Nobuo Uematsu, and it was amazing be able to flex my Japanese speak-skills.
And then earlier that week, I had the privilage of walking in the closing gala for Metropolitan Fashion Week, which was so exciting and amazing, and just skyrockted my modeling career. I've gotten invites to shoot in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and Norway, so I'm very excited about that!
And that's all the news for now! Meanwhile, I'll be in Tokyo from the end of January to February 15th for my birthday. I'm 25 on February 3rd, and I'll be in Paris in March for the Distant Worlds Concert, so I'll get to see Uematsu-san again! And then, after March 21st, it's official: My mom is coming out here. I've bought her ticket here and I'm giving it to her as a Christmas present, and have begun the search for apartments. It's taken work, but FINALLY, things are coming together. :)
