hrmmm... usually my depression is just seasonal too... but lately it hasn't been going away... I'll go ahead and blame the HUGE amt. of stress I'm under.

I had a panic attack in my sleep last nite. Yeah. IN MY SLEEP! I dreamed I was trying to do too much, and had a packed day (as usual) and then a friend called me and told me they couldn't come at whatever time which knocked my schedule on its ass and I started hyperventilating IN MY SLEEP and my primary partner had to wake me up so I'd start breathing normally. That's fucked up. That's why I'm getting out of the city for awhile.

Why am I rambling about this in yr journal?
