Yesterday I had to give a presentation on the effects of the media on women. I was in a group with 7 other students. I was assigned plastic surgery as a topic. Just before I left for class Manko's set was up and I happened to look at it. It was oddly fitting for my day. I am very glad the presentation is over now! We also had to write a paper together (all 8 of us). I was elected the coordinator of the paper which means I had to collect 7 parts, add mine and make it one cohesive paper. 8 people writing one paper is not easy. I am glad that is over as well. I hate being the coordinator.
I feel pretty though. haha I guess maybe that's a weird side-effect of my project. After reviewing our strange media obsession with "ideal beauty" somehow I just feel happy about me. Yay haha
I just got an e-mail today from Ville. I was very excited because I hadn't heard from him in quite awhile. His e-mails are always interesting. For some reason we were talking about nudity. I think I had mentioned the first rain and the naked run. I told my housemates about the email and we were talking about running around naked next rain in our backyard. Skinny dipping was also suggested. The ocean is reeeally cold though so we'll see!
Ems didn't know I have my nipples pierced. haha weird. I thought I'd told her or she'd have seen me without a bra, but i gess not.
Lauren's costume finally came! Now we all have our stuff ready for Halloween! Yay! It is my favorite holiday!!
I wish Jean-Marc was going to be around for it! I know he would appriciate the shortness (nearly doesnt cover my bum) of my holloween costume haha I miss him so much!! I can't believe december is coming so soon! Germany! Finland! Yay!! Most of all JEAN-MARC!
Oh, friday night was interesting! We (Lauren, Danny and I) went to a Friday the 13th party. We dressed as school girls. Lauren and Danny borrowed my clothes. Danny makes a very pretty girl hehe
