I play guitar a bit, but in the band, I sing. It's all acoustic (we're bringing in a chap with a drum machine though, soon, for some madness...), lots of intricate vocals and picking parts.

Sound was atrocious, but didn't really matter...my boy Weiland was as cool as ever, and it's good to see a band properly glamming and rocking the stage!
Perhaps topped by this though...just found out today that I'll get to see Feeder for free in a couple of weeks time....
Cool in itself. But cooler still, because it's my band that are supporting them. I am most happy about this.

Band wrote a new song today. Most chuffed. Kind of acoustic-emo. But not Dashboard Confessional. It has become known as 'the emo one', originally enough. It's just a guy appalled at what he's become, and the chorus is dead simple, just "I never thought that I would be acting this way". It's super-simple and direct. All good.
