FIRST... an update on the last blog. I've decided to hit up the gym Monday-Wednesday-Fridays. So day one went well. I did 33 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Pretty good for being out of shape and having terrible asthma. Tomorrow I plan on going again after my doctor's appointment!
UPDATE: Even though I only got two hours of sleep I went to the gym today and I feel re-energized! It's so weird... my heart rate stays way above normal (almost excessively high) for the full 33 minutes and yet I barely sweat. Maybe I am just lucky that way. Or maybe I need one of those sweat jackets... either way, it was quite the workout!
SECOND... band practice was tonight. We always just practice on the fly when we feel like it. We wrote the beginning of another song and worked on the one we wrote last practice. Our drummer quit so we had Dave come down and play around on his crazy drum machine and other equipment. It sounded really awesome, but I am a little concerned because I am okay with one or two songs being a little electronic-y, but I don't want everything like that. We set out to be a punk band a la Murder City Devils or Jawbreaker and it is turning into an Electro-Emo Punk Paradise... Just gotta keep making prmsrng3 play double speed
