First thing's first: happy mother's day to all the lovely ladies who have given life and/or dedicate each day to caring for a little one. (I fall into the latter category).

So, WOOO-HOOO! I am down 5 pounds in my quest to be hotter than hot for my shoot. I have been working hard and eating better. But the swiss cake rolls and Jones potato chips are crying in the kitchen, feeling neglected.

I am very excited about my upcoming appointment with the lovely AlissaBrunelli and Sunshine . These girls are damn good at what they do. It seems like as soon as Alissa takes a girls picture, *bam* they are pink and shooting all of the time. Alissa has been uber busy and I am so grateful for her taking the time out to shoot me. (that sounds funny)

So, being this will be my first shoot, I have tons of anticipations. What will it be like? Will it turn out good? Will I freak out in front of the camera or find that I was destined to do this all along? If any of my beautiful SG friends would like to take a quick second and leave me some helpful advice, that would be very much appreciated.

Not much else going on. I have been lazy today. I have things to do, but I was enjoying the quiet and fell asleep for like 4 hours! Yikes!
