I had this dream last night that I was touring some sort of humane society with a class and there was this stupid, fat kid who kept annoying me. We went into a room with some semi-feral cats in cages and he goes, "Are these cats really feral? I'm gonna check..." and then he slammed his hand against one of the cages, completely freaking the cat out. I started telling him what a douche bag he was because it's going to take so much more time to get that cat to trust people now. He shrugged it off, which really pissed me off. He left the room and I followed him and kept telling him what a douche bag he was (although not in those words). He refused to turn around and look at me, so I finally grabbed his shoulders and made him face me. I started screaming at him because he was such a dick head. He said something to me that really pissed me off, so I called him an assfuck and pushed him down a flight of stairs.
In another dream I was fostering a litter of 8 week old kittens or something. My dad was there for some reason and he was doing something stupid like leaving the front door open. I just kept screaming at him for being so fucking stupid.
Apparently I have a lot of pent-up anger because of stupid pet owners. Today's visit to MATC has only added to that. A break from dreams into reality...
One of the dogs they had was this sweet little lab mix named Lady Jane. Apparently Lady Jane has permenant neurological damage due to an ingrown collar. Her collar was so ingrown that in grew into her spine, which causes her to turn in right circles a lot, almost always tilt her head to the right, and rub her head on walls so she's got a little bald spot on the top of her head.
Okay, a choking-tight collar or slightly ingrown collar is bad enough, but how do you not notice it when your dog's collar has grown into her spine?!?!?!
I'm surpised she's still alive.
And my final dream was one where someone was giving me all this cool shit that I was going to give to my dogs. There was a bunch of stuff, but all I can remember right now is a warthog's head.
A little FYI for everyone ---
Greyhounds aren't dogs.
Also, apparently I'm smarter than my boss.
Jon believes:
A) There are a million millions in one billion (there are a thousand millions in one billion)
B)That "autistic" means "hard-working" and "artistic" means "retarded"
Today Jon was explaining to Tanya that we're all autistic. He also doesn't want any artistic people working at Smoky Jon's.
WTF? How can you not know what artistic means?!?!?

I'm feeling a bit better now. My temperature went up to 101 last night, but now it's back down to normal although I still have aches and pains and have a cough and runny nose and stuff.
Did you want to go to the roller derby on Sunday?
Ugh, it makes me sick just reading it.
