I need to have a good stiff drink before partaking in certain activities..... I have been having minor panic attacks, and I think they are getting worse.
Alot of people in my life aren't in the best of health right now. I went to go visit my good friend in the hospital a few times (she tried to commit suicide). I don't know what to think about it, other than " I just don't know why she would want to do that" which just sounds so typical. She is truly an amazing person, ridiculously smart, and she has alot going for her, it's wierd. I guess it is something I or anyone else besides her could understand. My Father has not been doing well, health-wise, and I am really worried about him. He gets these dizzy spells randomly and blacks out, apparently they are like mini-strokes or something. He was supposed to go for an M.R.I. so they could try to find out what was wrong, but he had a panic attack and went and got drunk instead, which is weird for my father, he doesn't really drink much ever, he is kinda anti-alcohol. I think he is scared of what it is maybe.
Amongst the madness, I am trying to keep upbeat....
