Float in a bathtub. With good smelling bath salts or essences. With low light and good peaceful music.
At least, If I was a pregnant woman, that is what I would do.
Find a great massage therapist and get at least an hour and a half. I did massage therapy for about 15 years my self so I got to know some really good ones to trade massages with. Sometime that is the only thing that would help me. Several of them around the BG area. I can give you some refferals if you need. Also Yoga and some good streching are helpful.
