Went for a run on Saturday after being really lazy. Everything hurts from it and i barely made it a mile before giving up. I have three months until Tough Mudder and i have slacked hard core for the last two months. I don't want to lose weight really i just want to make some muscles out of this bod. Coming up this Thursday is my big trip to TN from MN so i really want to hit it hard and then get into a healthy life style come Monday. Just HOPE I can stick to it like i did with the beginning of this year.
