Today I am peaceful. I am on an island watching the sea lion play and have the forest around me. I think it is the first time I have had a clear head in months. I hope that you will find peace today.

So excellent that your thoughts are clear, i'm very cerebral sometimes and i get depressed when the outside world starts to impact me so much that i can't think properly. Surrounding oneself with nature often helps to put us back in allignment.
