A long time friend of the family who lived down the street from me for 18 years as I grew up died today , as a child and a teenager I hungout with his kids on a daily basis . So now I'm going to reschedule my business trip for a later date

Time to steam a big bowl of spinach and greenbeans for a healthy snack I allmost forgot to mention I'm boiling fresh striped bass that I caught tonight
