Had a mixture of sun and clouds at the beach today , tried to sleep late , didn't happen though thanks to the fucking birds singing 
the sun is shining now and we are getting ready for a quick sunset boat ride now that the water on the sound has calmed down some 
I go back into the hospital Monday afternoon for a full battery of tests including time in the MRI and GAMMA CAM to go along with my nuclear stress test , this is my major two month checkup to ensure that my recovery is on track
I just got home from the beach and powered up my computer only to lose my BIOS and I still have to retrieve 40 gigs of data from a drive that I somehow fragged Thursday night , all of my norton utilities and reloading windows failed to restore that drive
WTF I added four new pics and still didn't make the recently added pics section

keep us posted on the medical stuff....im a cancer...i worry....
as for the diet.. that sucks. i'm always on some self discipline health kick so my diet is usually very plain.. but if i fall off the wagon it's not gonna kill me! dang.
