Another day wasted in court , I don't know if the judge saw me sleeping when I wasn't on the stand , hopefully I will have time to get some personal legal stuff taken care of tommorrow , and get some face time in at the hospital too

With all the time I spent in the hospital last year , and even my weekly visits now , a very pretty young pediatritian has started to grow on me , we are going on our first date tonight , it doesn't seem like it with the hundred or so hours we have spent just hanging out and talking in the hospital . She is a widow and a single mom , having lost her husband to a fire before her son was born , her husband was a firefighter . I wasn't really looking to get involved with a single mom , but the kid is allright and I enjoy spending time with his mom , it will be interesting too see how this relationship evolves

I was a real prick in court today , I just was not in the mood to be provoked , it's bad enough that I have to possibly waste two months of my life in court for this whistle blower case over a matter that is really moot
