What a fucking day , I tried my best to sleep late , But my fucking eyes couldn't stay closed . Then the phone started ringing off the hook so my plans of sleeping in were nothing more than a fading wish . The cement truck showed up around noon and we poured the walls for the gunsafe , on monday we will pour the ceiling . Tomorrow I will actually work for a day at a customers house that I wired many years ago when I was working as an electrical contractor , They called me out of the blue about some installation work and I agreed to do it out of pure boredom . Next year I will be running my consulting firm as a full time job and will pick up some industrial electrical work from many of my customers , I prefer to stay away from residential work unless things are real slow . Last night Nadya worked on showing me what a BITCH she can be , doesn't she realise she is only giving me more reasons to NOT let her move in . She spent a lot of time pouting in the corner , probably thinking of more ways to irritate me , she spent an hour on the phone with her mom in russia telling her what an asshole I am . Thanks to Jed I've decided to install a fire sprinkler system in my new house as the heat sensors and smoke alarms that are connected to my ADT alarm system may not be enough protection , the fire department might take too long getting to the top of the mountain . Tomorrow night is the big pre turkey day blowout , me and Smoking Buddha will be bringing food down , I stopped at the farmersmarket and told them to make me a party platter , with wraps , sandwiches and salads etc.... so there should be plenty of food for everyone , we wont get there untill 10:30 - 10:45 or so .
