We had over 10.5 inches of rain over the weekend , and have rain predicted for most of this week too , and according to the tv news , the connecticut river will be 24 feet above flood stage by Tuesday night . October 14th , 15th , and 16th were the raindate for our annual Ct. river run boating event , now we may be forced to cancell the event period due to all the debris that will be floating down the river , nevermind the possibility of flood conditions still being in the area . Bumping the event another week out is immpossible due to a race being scheduled for the following weekend This really pisses me off
